WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT+ COMMUNITY BUILDING

the future is inclusive workspaces

Here at Shop Class we know the future of the trades is diversity, variety, innovative and full of bright young people.

4 weeks 4 life skills

During our four week program we tackle a set of challenges designed to prepare each learner with tool confidence, hard skills, and people skills. We focus on neurodivergent learners and creating enviroments that challenge the traditional learning pradigm and utlize a diverse set of approaches to make sure each participant is given the tools to suceed.

This is a will-based program and each participant is a voluntary participant and compensated for their labor during the internship.

this program is the future solution; our model for workforce development, exposure to trades work, and housing for our community.
